FINCA Jordan held its Staff Annual Meeting at Ayass Hotel – Amman, in the presence of Management Board and company employees from Head Office and all branches to recognize employees and celebrate year’s achievements. The meeting included a welcoming message presented by Human Resources Manager Mrs. Rula Shumali expressing her thanks and gratitude for the performance of staff during the year.
FINCA Jordan CEO, Mr. Abduqodir Sattorov added presented the company growth and the most important achievements during 2019 in addition to strategic plans for the year 2020.
The CFO Mr. Abdul Kabir Khan presented company financial performance during 2019.
Also the vice president and regional director Mrs. Zar Wardak participated in a phone call via Skype to thank the employees for their efforts.
The event included some recognition for a number of employees from various departments and branches recognizing them for their work and efforts.
At the end of the ceremony, a group of various entertainment items were held in an atmosphere of joy and pleasure, in conjunction with the celebrations at the end of this year.
